Clinched
A postseason place secured — no remaining result can take it away.
What Clinched means
Clinching a berth, a division and the best record in the league are three different things, in ascending order. A clinch can also arrive on a tiebreaker: since 2022 there is no game 163, so two clubs level at the finish are separated by head-to-head record, which means a club can clinch while still level on wins.
