What Process means
Results-blind by design: a bullpen move can be correct and still blow up. Scores in the 70s and up mark decisions the leverage, platoon and fatigue context all supported.
What counts as a good Process
Higher is better — roughly 45 is poor, 55 average, 70 good, and 80 or better elite.
