Expected-value change from a manager's in-game decision, in runs.
What EV Δ means
Compares the run expectancy after a decision (a pitching change, a pinch-hitter, an intentional walk) with the alternative the model would have chosen. Positive means the move gained expected runs; it grades the choice, not the outcome.
